The Highlands Motel is a small family owned property and cancellations take a drastic toll on our business. Your room is guaranteed and as a consequence we must pursue a strict cancellation policy. Any cancellation (for any reason) leaves us little opportunity to fill the space. During high-season reservations need to be cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival time, during off season reservations need to be cancelled at least 4 days prior to scheduled arrival date, otherwise there will be a charge for each night of accommodation booked. There will not be any cancellation charge if we are able to fill the vacancy.
If you choose to depart earlier than planned, you will be responsible for all original room nights booked at the time your reservation was made.
To ensure the highest level of service, guests can check in at or any time after 3:00 p.m. and guests need to check out by 11:00 a.m.
